Resetting only costs 15 rubies, which is really easy to gather up. For efficiency, I recommend you reset your talents at level 12 since this skill becomes mostly obsolete from that point on until really later in the game. This is the only skill that you can max out and benefit from until you hit 12, so invest most of your points into this. The downside of investing points into a skill would be increase in mana costs, but that won't be a problem for the Pyro build I'm recommending. Most skills have base damage as well as scaling damage, which both increase with the amount of level you invested into each skill. Pyro's skills generally scale off of energy. So think of this game for most heroes as choosing three main skills and then investing 25points into a 4th skill. Max level is 150 and so you can invest up to 40 points into each skill. So always feel free to reset your build if you think you may be better off with another one. Unlike Diable 2 however, talents as well as stats can be reset with only 15 rubies, which is really easy to gather up. They are similar to Diablo 2's skill tree where you need to invest at least a point into a lower tier skill to be able to invest in the preceding higher tier skill. 35hp at about 35000 is only equal to 0.1% increase per point. However, once your equipment gives you more than 35000 hp, you should consider investing points into armor depending on what stat gives you more beefyness. Investing some points here early helps a lot in clearing through the early stages of the game. Until then, ignore this and put your points into hp for now if you think you lack beefyness.ġ point is equal to about 35 hp. This is a stat that you ignore until later in the game, when you start to die on the first tick of some stupid floor(which I just died to on my last act6 boss run). It also increases your manapool, but that doesn't matter as much which I will get to explain later on. Most of Pyro's skills scale pretty good with energy. This is the main source of stat you want to max out. I even tried a Strength build for testing purposes with the 1000 Strength charm, but the damage output was about 1/10 of what energy builds can pull out and so I quickly gave up on the Strength idea. Strength also enhances your auto attacks, but with Pyro's relatively short range of autos as well as comparably slow attack speed, the amount you gain with Strength is minimal. Strength scales off of only one talent(lv 36 fireflies and it does poor damage even with a full Strength build). It is really silly to see how much I worried about a good stat build only to find out that it barely makes any difference in the end.Īlright lets start off with the basics. Focus on getting the stat that you mostly need at each point in the game. Stats from leveling up are essential early in the game, but becomes comparably insignificant at later parts of the game when your equipment gives you much more stat bonuses. Let this guide also serve as a good noobie guide since it is really hard for noobies to gain knowledge of some of the stuff in this game. This guide is for the pyromancer, providing you guys with the most efficient ways to build him as well as some tips on each act. I have done a fair amount of testing different builds so I will explain in detail why the build I'm recommending is the best. It's been a full week since I started to play this game. I'm a level 150 pyromancer who has cleared up to act3 of destruction on Wrath of Mevius DLC. I will start off with a quick introduction. I just died on a good 50+ relic run on Agony act 6 and I thought it might be good for the community as well as my mentality to share some of the knowledge I accrued while playing this game.
